Position: Engineer II, Mechanical Engineering

Job Location : Kulim

Job Responsibilities:

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies for both new and existing UHP gas purification systems. Select and size mechanical components to ensure system performance, safety, and compliance with design specifications. Generate 3D models, detailed drawings, design procedures, and related documentation to support system development and production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical designs with electrical and control subsystems, ensuring seamless system functionality. Perform simulations, stress analysis, and performance evaluations to verify mechanical integrity, reliability, and efficiency. Document and validate design calculations and technical analyses to support engineering decisions and design verification. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including engineering drawings, specifications, reports, and test records for internal and external review. Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing teams to ensure that all components and assemblies meet quality and design standards. Support prototype assembly and testing activities, providing technical input and troubleshooting during validation stages.
Job Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree. Minimum 3 - 5 years of working experience in related. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, ability to analyze data Proficient in Microsoft Office tools Proficiency in SAP ERP systems, especially BOMs, routings, and documentation. Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize workload and self-manage projects, handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines. Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and processes. Able to work with all levels of employees and management within the organization Prior internship and work experience a plus SolidWorks 3D CAD and 2D Drawing Experience A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability Draftsight/AutoCAD 2D CAD experience is a plus.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
