A) REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
1. Minimum of a Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Specific concentration: Product development & Mechanical Design
3. Experience level: Minimum 3 years as a mechanical design engineer
B) REQUIREMENT :
1. Fluent English communication
2. Proficiency in 3D CAD, SolidWorks, ProE CAD or CREO tool desired. (CREO is preferable)
3. Experience of design products using CAD
4. Plastic & Metal part design
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
6. Design Failure Modes and Effect Analysis
7. Design for Assembly Analysis
C) PREFERRED:
1. Proficiency in CREO tools
2. Experience in design floor vaccuum cleaner related products
B) RESPONSIBILTY :
1. Meeting with customer Product Development/Engineering and design teams to develop new product mechanical applications and requirements.
2. Executing mechanical designs using CAD, CAM, and 3D CAD programs.
3. Update & modify 3D CAD & 2D drawing based on design requirements & design changes.
4. Performing computer simulations and experiments to virtually test and refine the designs.
5. Development and manufacturing of prototypes for testing & design evaluations.
6. Documenting the design process, iterations, and test analytics.
7. Preparing technical reports, design specifications documents, 2D drawings.
8. Execute the design of mechanical devices, develop and test prototypes, and work closely with the manufacturing teams to ensure that design specifications are met.
