iRadar was incorporated in 2011 by a group of passionate research scientists. The primary focus of the company is to offer state-of-the-art products and services in sensing and its related technologies. The core competency of the company lies on the capabilities to develop high precision remote sensing and embedded systems, which enables realtime acquisition and processing of multi-dimensional data in the most challenging environments.The Role * Design and develop mechanical systems or components.

• Monitor and document the design process, while managing the schedule and budgets for the project.
• Researching other products in the market to generate ideas for improvement.
• Perform any other ad-hoc assignments and other duties assigned by HOD/PIC.

Ideal Profile * Proven experience 2 - 5 years as a mechanical design engineer, with a focus on developing complex mechanical systems or products

• In-depth knowledge of engineering principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes
• Proficiency in using CAD software, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to perform simulations and analysis
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Demonstrated track record of delivering high-quality designs within project timelines and budget constraints
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in engineering documentation
• Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor junior team members
