Job Description

Responsibilities:

Execution in design and development from prototype to series production, and work with cross function team to realize new solution to fulfill customer requirement Continually improve and optimize design for cost, process and quality Feasibility study, prove of concept with time efficiency Perform documentation on drawings, BOM list in compliance with various standards. Design spec and test checklist, DFMEA, and technical documentation Engineer prototyping and validation, test report and presentation Be systematical in layout/ drawing/ document management, support relevant activities with system/document control team Support manufacturing and procurement problem, provide work instruction, sourcing alternate solution Solve customer problem on-site

Qualification:

Degree in Science/ Engineering (or Diploma/ Technical Certificate with certain engineering experience) Interpersonal skills Strong foundation in precision automation equipment design, DFMEA, DOE and statistics, good sense in cost control Strong skill in 2D & 3D CAD operation, Strong foundation in GD&T, DFM/DFA Good knowledge in dynamic and vibration, motor and sensor, thermal and fluids (ME) Keen interest to explore new designs concepts, technologies and processes, innovative and learning mind-set Result orientation, good problem analysis and solving skill Work independently, self-motivated and good team player, communication capability, personal flexibility Proficiency in spoken and written English required
