As a Mechanical Design Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations. Your primary responsibility will be designing comprehensive packaging solutions that align with customer needs and budgetary guidelines. You\'ll provide crucial technical support on various projects, ensuring our designs are both practical and innovative.

• Adhere to established design policies, procedures, and workflows
• Design complete packaging solutions that meet requirements from sales and customers within given parameters and budget constraints
• Provide technical support to sales and customers on projects, packaging design, material specifications, packaging instructions, and engineering presentations
• Coordinate with production, QA department, sourcing department and supplier to ensure product-ability of the design
• Interact directly with customers and suppliers for data gathering and design support
• Accomplish all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested & perform any other tasks assigned by manager

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Mechanical Design Engineer position will bring a wealth of experience in the field of engineering or related courses. You will have proven expertise in 3D Modelling software and CAD software, with a minimum of 3-5 years\' design experience in the Packaging Industries or an application engineering background. Knowledge in Thermoforming, corrugation, foam, wooden crate & plywood would be advantageous. You will demonstrate a quick learning ability, creative thinking and the capacity to work independently.

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or Design Related Courses
• Experience in 3D Modelling software & CAD software
• (3 - 5) years\' design experience in Packaging Industries or application engineering background in light engineering or machine building
• Knowledge in Thermoforming, corrugation, foam , wooden crate & plywood would be advantageous
• Ability to learn quickly, think creatively and work independently
• Good adaptability to multiple environments with hardworking attitude
• Ability to respond effectively to internal/external customer inquiries or complaints
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinating initiatives in multiple locations
