\xef\xbb\xbfClient Background: On Stop Solution CompanyIndustry : Heavy Vehicle SolutionLocation: Kranji, Singapore.Headcount: 1Position Title: Mechanical Design Engineer (Singapore)Tenure: PermanentRemuneration: SGD3,300 and above\xc2\xb7 Designs jigs and fixtures as the case may be.\xc2\xb7 Design for fabrication/ Assembly/ Maintenance Research and Development of current or New Products.\xc2\xb7 Generates manufacturing drawings in accordance with applicable standards Interfaces with customers for technical discussion.\xc2\xb7 Research and analyse customer design proposals, specifications and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications.\xc2\xb7 Specify system components to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specifications.\xc2\xb7 Understand the design requirements and create the conceptual design/mechanism for the heavy trucks.\xc2\xb7 Generate detailed engineering drawings of the design and prepare the Bill of materials.\xc2\xb7 Responsible for the preparation of the manufacturing drawings of the detailed design.\xc2\xb7 Conduct Finite Element analysis and kinematics & Dynamics analysis to improve the design performance.\xc2\xb7 Engage with the manufacturing team during design stage and manufacturing stage to ensure the smooth transition from design to manufacturing.Requirements :\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess Bachelor\'s/Master\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering and related courses.\xc2\xb7 Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Mechanical design or Machine design is required for this position. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.\xc2\xb7 In depth knowledge in CAD/CAE applications such as SOLIDWORKS, CREO, Inventor and Unigraphics etc.\xc2\xb7 Ability to work in the fast paced environment and work independently.\xc2\xb7 Strong mechanical engineering knowledge and fundamentals including design principles, machine elements, and fabrication methods.Sub Specialization : Engineering;Mechanical
