Job Responsibility Process and interpret land survey data collected by field crews, including measurements, coordinates, and topographical information. Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create high-quality 2D drawings of property boundaries, topographical features, and other relevant details. Prepare legal plats and other documents that meet all regulatory requirements and client specifications. Assist with research of property deeds, historical maps, and other land records to verify boundaries and address any discrepancies. Maintain a meticulous drafting process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. Collaborate with land surveyors and other team members to ensure all project needs are met. May prepare presentations or reports to clearly communicate survey findings. Job Requirements Minimum Diploma/Bachelor s Degree in Land Survey, Geomatic, or equivalent Knowledge in AutoCAD, Drafting & etc. Good communication & leadership skills Fresh graduates the most expected to apply Experience drafting in surveying drawing and basic knowledge. Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia Ability to meet tight timescales, multi-tasking and have a good positive attitude. Able to work in minimal supervision.
