Mechanical and Electrical Director / Deputy Director
Job Responsibility:
1. Develop preventive and predictive maintenance program to support facility operations, and reduce operation down time impact
2. Develop cost efficient and effective spare parts supply and inventory strategy
3. Manage daily maintenance and overhaul of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment
4. Close co-ordination with operations and production team, and maintain efficient work order system
5. Organize relevant professionals to develop the rules for mechanical, electrical and instrumentation, and assist operators\' training program for production
6. Develop subcontracting strategy on 3rd party ad hoc and regular maintenance support to operation team
7. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor\'s degree or above in chemical, mechanical or electrical engineering or related discipline
- More than 10 years of relevant work experience, including at least 5 years of managerial position
- Previous experience in super-alloy welding and metallic corrosive protection is merit
- Ability to multitask, collaborate effectively, and maintain a positive attitude
- Strong leadership, independent thinking, organizational, and analytical skills required
- Good organizational skills for cross-departmental coordination
