Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 To design, coordinate, supervise, implement etc of mechanical building services (HVAC, Process Utilities, Fire Fighting, Lift etc).\xc2\xb7 To design, coordinate, supervise, implement etc of electrical building services (electrical, ELV etc).\xc2\xb7 Prepare engineering calculations using appropriate software.\xc2\xb7 Prepare tender specifications and review tender drawings.\xc2\xb7 Perform tender evaluations and prepare tender evaluation reports.\xc2\xb7 Attend technical and progress meetings with client, architects, consultants, and contractors.\xc2\xb7 To liaise with local authorities and coordinate with other consultant teams\xc2\xb7 To assist in overall project implementation from initial start to final hand over.\xc2\xb7 To attend all projects meeting as and when required and to coordinate with clients, architects, contractors etc.\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned.Requirement\xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or Equivalent in Mechanical / Electrical discipline.\xc2\xb7 Required skill(s): Mechanical / Electrical Building Services Design & Calculation, Cost Estimation, Documentation, Supervision, Project Coordination & Management, AutoCAD/Autodest Revit, BIM is an added advantage.\xc2\xb7 Applicant must possess own transport with valid driving license and willing to travel.\xc2\xb7 Preferably with working experiences in local engineering consultancy firm.\xc2\xb7 Highly motivated and work well in a team and challenging environment\xc2\xb7 Applicant without above academic qualifications but relevant years of experience are also encouraged to apply.\xc2\xb7 Full time position(s) available.\xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates with good academic results are welcome to apply.
