Requirements
Malaysian citizen ??????
Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or related field
???????/???????????/??????
At least 1-2 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in Mechyanical & Electrical or building construction projects
??1-2??????????????
Able to perform quantity take-off from Mechyanical & Electrical drawings independently
???????????????
Knowledge of local material prices, equipment costs, and labour rates
??????????????????
Familiar with tender procedures and document preparation for Mechyanical & Electrical works
????????????????
Proficient in English and Malay; Mandarin speakers will be an advantage
???????????????????
Responsibilities
Perform quantity take-off from Mechyanical & Electrical drawings and prepare Bill of Quantities (BQ)

Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for Mechyanical & Electrical projects
?????????????????????
Source and evaluate material and equipment prices, labour rates, and subcontractor quotations
??????????????????????
Assist in tender preparation, submission, and negotiation processes
???????????????
Monitor project costs, variations, and progress claims
?????????????????
Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors on cost-related matters
?????????????????????
Support senior Quantity Surveyor in final account settlement and contract administration
