Job Description

We are seeking a

skilled and experienced Mechanical Engineer

to join our technical team in Johor Bahru. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in mechanical design, machine improvement, or production support, and be familiar with manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and improve mechanical parts or systems Provide technical support for production equipment and automation lines Troubleshoot mechanical issues and propose effective solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, QC, Maintenance) Ensure engineering documentation is up to date (BOM, drawings, specs) Manage and implement continuous improvement projects Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards

Requirements

Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field Minimum 2 years of working experience in mechanical or manufacturing engineering Proficient in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) Familiar with manufacturing processes (e.g., stamping, injection, assembly) Strong problem-solving and project management skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an advantage
