Monitor and coordinate closely all M&E works and other related trade on site.
Ensure the services, materials and workmanship complies with client\'s requirement.
Liaise and coordinating with the Employer\'s Representative on the M&E matters.
To assists the project manager on the M&E testing and commissioning of the project and review all testing and approved testing data.
Prepared submission for approval for shop drawing , requested for information (RFI) , Method Statement and all report related to M&E work to Consultant. Also Prepared all letter to subcontractor related to M&E works.
Supervising and controlling the direct labors and subcontractor\'s work and for completion of the respective facilities in his discipline within the planned schedule.
Undertaking inspection of work at appropriate stages to ensure conformance to specification.
Identifying and reporting any incidence of non-conformance to either specification or system.
Preparation Reflected Ceiling Plan drawing for construction.
