- Responsible for daily operation duties at the plant.
- Provide guidance to operators on daily tasks.
- Be the point of contact to liaise with the Suppliers on technical-related issues.
- Perform periodical maintenance and preventive maintenance as per schedule.
- Perform troubleshooting at the plant as and when needed.
- To conduct technical-related training / SOP training for floor workers.
- Assist in spare part sourcing.
- Participate in technology improvement projects or expansion projects if any.
- Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or relevant courses.
- Required Language(s): Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Computer Skills: MS Office 2007, MS Project 2007.
- Good knowledge and experience in Conveyors system management and Spare Management.
- Able to work under pressure, fight, and fast-paced working environment.
- Having experience in 5S,6 Sigma, Lean Practice, and ISO-9001 will be the priority.
- Creativity at work, innovative thinking, and the ability to modify inconsistent points on the production line.
- Able to work in rotational shift due to factory operation 24/7.
- Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings, standards, and technical specifications.
- Ability to use ERP, SPC, OA.
- Ability to use AutoCAD, drafting &, etc.
- Ability to use the equipment of the mechanical room proficiently such as flat grinders, welding machines, milling machines, and lathes.
