Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Experienced at least 3 years in the field of Mechanical Engineering.
Priority experience in building facility maintenances.
Good interpersonal and leadership skill.
Able to work with minimum supervision and work under pressure in meeting deadlines.
Positive attitude, self-motivated and able to work on responsibility base rather than job base attitude.
Willing to learn and not just work smart but also work hard are welcome to apply.
Those who can start on-duty IMMEDIATELY will be an advantage.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the overall maintenance of all mechanical equipment and system on site.
Accountable for the efficient and safe operation of all eqipment.
Close monitoring and supervising of all major shutdowns.
Managing and if need be hands on emergency mechanical work when it occurs 24 hours basis.
Organizing the section's manpower for appropriate preventive maintenance.
Organizing maintenence contractor's work.
Supervise maintenance contractor's work.
Planning of major maintennace servicie (routine and preventive) required by the mechanical equipment.
Liaisons with local authorities who has jurisdiction over mechanical services.
Reviewing, updating and improving all maintenance procedures.
Assist the building manager in preparing monthly maintenance report.
To carry out special assignment as directed by the Facility Manager.
Assist and engage in Quality Management system (QMS) and also assist the company in implementing the ISO system.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
