Job Responsibility System Design And Implementation Design and implement Building Control Systems based on project requirements. Ensure the integration of various components for seamless system functionality. Project Management Oversee BCS projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors to meet project goals. Technical Support Provide technical support for BCS installations and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and customize solutions accordingly. Documentation Create comprehensive project documentation, including system designs, specifications, and user manuals. Maintain accurate records of project changes and updates. Testing And Validation Conduct thorough testing of BCS components to ensure functionality and compliance with specifications. Validate system performance and make necessary adjustments for optimization. Training Conduct training sessions for clients and end-users on BCS functionality and operation. Provide ongoing support and educational resources to enhance user proficiency. Continuous Improvement Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BCS technology. Propose and implement improvements to enhance system efficiency and performance. Compliance And Standards Ensure that BCS projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Stay informed about changes in regulations and update systems accordingly. Job Requirements A minimum of 2 years experience as a BCS project engineer. Well know M&E control philosophy. Extensive experience in design shop drawings, system configuration, DDC termination diagram Able to liaise with client, contractor and consultant to obtain information on site conditions. Able to monitor the site progress of installation work and T&C phase. Well know HVAC control sequencing PLC logic programming. Extensive experience in deploying, optimizing, and efficiency software. Well know Tridium Niagara software, JC Metasys software. Familiarity with field I/O devices and automation GUI tools. Computer software skill: AutoCAD, graphic design software, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft office, Microsoft Power Point and Project. Job Benifits Salary Range: RM4,000 - RM4,500 + RM600 (Allowances)
