1. Lead Engineering Department comprise Process Engineering Section; Manufacturing Engineering Section (machine fabrication & design); MSA (measurement system analysis) Section.
2. Lead, manage and follow up upon project progress status undertaken by engineering department.
3. Analyzing problems or deficiencies by giving direction and developing solutions for improvement.
4. Responsible for customer issues claim investigation; analysis and solution offer.
5. Designs, scopes, and develops new mechanical engineering initiatives and projects, and manages them through their life cycles which to align with customer technical roadmap; internal manufacturing efficiency and business objectives.
6. Establishes programs to support training, process improvements, and the creation and maintenance of best practices and protocols.
7. Works closely with stakeholders to implement engineering initiatives to enhance the reliability of mechanical and electrical systems.
8. Demonstrates technical expertise by providing advice to cross-disciplinary engineering studies.
9. Establishes competency and engineering standards to ensure subordinates are equipped with relevant skills.
10. Maintains a forward-thinking mindset to achieve the department\'s goals.
11. Develop failure management and technical recovery procedures to hasten mechanical and electrical systems fault recovery process.
12. Implement manpower planning strategy.
13. Lead collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in the adoption of new technologies to enhance maintenance processes.
14. Manage annual budget required by the department.
15. Manage department\'s performance in achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
16. Support maintenance regimes and best practices.

Duties: - * Degree in Mechanical Engineering related

  • Minimum 4 years related working experience in OEM field. Preferred in Metal Stamping.
  • Data Analysis and provide solution.
  • Good in communication, interpersonal skill, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Good communication skill, interpersonal skill, negotiation, and presentation.
  • Able to work under pressure with tight schedule.
  • Extrovert, team player, self-starter and proactive.
