Responsibilities: Post 1: Independently carry out the technical, administrative and commercial planning and scheduling of new installations, maintenance and service activities on Turbo machinery equipment for Field Service personnel. Calculate and issue quotations for Service, troubleshooting, new installation and commissioning. Draw up the specifications for any needed site subcontractors for installation/commissioning personnel Evaluation of subcontractors quotation and select qualified subcontractors for Field Service work all in collusion with the Field Service pool Coordination & communication among all parties involved in the field service activities. Arrange and lead the kick-off/pre-installation meeting as well as follow up site inspections. Arrange, review and compile all the necessary documentation and work instructions for the Field Service staff to complete planned activities safely. including Risk Assessments and HSE assessments. Post 2: Record, solve and answer technical related customer issues about all MAN Turbomachinery core Products (Steam- and Gas Turbines, Axial, Radial, Screw Compressors and its auxiliary components). Root cause analysis based on customer\'s problem description, operating data, P&ID\'s and component drawings. Local survey / investigation of fault at customer site. Coordination of detailed root cause analysis with all involved parties like laboratory, design departments and third party consulting. Preparation and presentation of reports on findings and possible causes internally as well as to customers. Project management of design changes and corrective maintenance of turbomachinery core components. Report and Feedback of gained insight with the Headquarter. Requirements Degree in Mechanical Engineering Minimum duration: 3 months Preferably CGPA 3.0 and above
