Job Scope - Quantity Surveyor (QS)




Review drawings, specifications, and scope of work


Prepare quantity take-off and Bill of Quantities (BQ)


Prepare cost estimates and quotations


Handle tender documentation and clarifications


Prepare monthly progress claims


Prepare and evaluate variation orders (VO)


Monitor project cost and budget


Verify site quantities and work done


Prepare final account


Coordinate with site team, main contractor, and suppliers
