Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Manufacturing, Automation, Mechatronics, Electronic or related fields.
• Proficient in design software such as CAD and SolidWorks.
• We highly encourage professionals with experience in the management & mechanical related industries which have 2 to 3 years to apply. Successful candidates will receive a competitive and attractive offer.
• Fresh graduates are most welcome too in urgent hiring!
• Calm personality, clear thinking, creative imagination, and a strong willingness to learn. Work independent or with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Upon joining in Malaysia, candidates will undergo a three to four months training program at the company's headquarters in Chengdu, China.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a MUST for those who will be working with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

• Designing and developing mechanical components/systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams; Conducting design reviews and simulations.
• Troubleshooting and optimizing existing designs.
• Work independently or with minimal supervision on assigned tasks.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Analyze and solve problems efficiently.
