AT&S, a world leading high-tech PCB & IC Substrates Company, with production plants in Austria, China, India, Korea; and Sales Support Offices around the globe, is building its first production site in Southeast Asia: Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah, Malaysia. Once the commercial operation commences by the end of 2024, the Kulim production site will focus on ABF substrate solutions for the semicon industry. Currently, we are seeking an experienced candidate to fill this newly created position:

Mechanical Facility Engineer (Gas)

Your Responsibilities

• Support Service and Project manager to complete project modification of drawing, GASes (N2/Ar) activity within time schedule.
• Guarantee the measurement devices in good condition according to company requirement and national regulations.
• Guarantee most effective and efficient use of available human and material resources.
• Comply with AT&S EHS regulations.
• Planning and realisation of related tasks set by superior.
• Set up related procedures and regulations which comply with authority requirement and AT&S standards.
• Authority to instructions to employees disciplinary subordinate to this position for the daily work and the relevant contractors and vendors.
• Work with all project functions coordinate modifications and improvements at the plants.
• Work with production or other department to make layout/drawings.
• Check, file and maintain final documentation and maintenance procedures for project.
• Responsible for EHS and Audit work of facility.
• Observation of fulfilment of maintenance instructions, various regulations (environment, safety at work).
• Provide employees with necessary information and data.

Your Profile

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related.
• 3 years of experience in relevant field especially Electronic/Semiconductor industries.
• Strong Engineering and management skills in the area of facility management and equipment etc; Gases ( Nitrogen/Argon), CDA Chiller and BMS system.
• Hands-on maintenance/operation working experience in mechanical/electrical equipment, ability to get down to work if necessary.
• Good stress management skills, Hard-working and able to work under the pressure.
• Team spirit (able to be part of team and team leader as well).
• Good written and oral English.
• Good communication skills.
• Familiar in project management.
