SUMMARY

To perform maintenance, repair, and installation of mechanical components and systems to ensure that machinery and equipment are in good working condition. Responsible for carrying out scheduled

preventive maintenance

and supporting

smooth production operations

.

RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES:

Carry out

preventive and corrective maintenance

for all mechanical machines and equipment.

Troubleshoot, repair, and report mechanical faults

on production machines.

Install, align, and test mechanical components or equipment

such as pumps, motors, gears, bearings, etc. Perform

adjustments and lubrication tasks

according to the maintenance schedule. Carry out

basic fabrication works

such as cutting, bending, and assembling metal structures or simple mechanical equipment as needed. Perform

basic welding tasks

for repair and fabrication purposes.

Ensure all mechanical equipment is maintained

in accordance with specifications, safety procedures, and industry standards.

Update maintenance reports and job records

accurately and systematically.

Manage tools, spare parts, and equipment

assigned in a responsible manner. Provide prompt

support to production operations

in case of any mechanical breakdowns.

Perform other mechanical-related tasks

as assigned from time to time by the Head of Department (HOD) or Supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
