Penerangan Kerja Kelayakan 1) Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2) Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E construction operations. 3) Preferably a candidate who has successfully completed at least one data center project. 4) Strong technical knowledge in HVAC, HV/MV/LV electrical systems, ELV, fire protection, security, ICT and plumbing systems. 5) Detail-oriented with strong design review capabilities; able to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. 6) Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 7) Familiar with mechanical design software and project management tools (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Project) 8) Proficient in English, Mandarin both written and spoken. 9) Prefer mandarin speaker to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Tanggungjawab 1) Lead the M&E team/ work planning and execution across all project stages. 2) Oversee Mechanical, Electrical and ELV systems including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, HV/MV/LV power, UPS, Gensets, BMS, security and ICT systems. 3) Coordinate M&E works to ensure compliance with design, performance standards and data center requirements. 4) Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities and sub-contractors on technical and commercial matters. 5) Review drawings and resolve M&E design issues to ensure smooth site execution. 6) Ensure proper integration of M&E works with C&S and architectural trades. 7) Lead testing and commissioning of all systems and ensure readiness for handover. 8) Identify and mitigate M&E-related project risks to maintain safety, quality and timeline.
