Plans, oversees, and executes maintenance program of various rotating equipment in Terminal accordance to internal procedure, applicable industrial standard, and regulations through the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Monitor and improve equipment reliability and availability using various analyses, i.e. vibration analysis, RBI and/or RCM. Develop improvement plan based on the outcome of the analysis.
Evaluate and analyze maintenance and inspection results. Provide recommend follow-up actions on the finding including development and improvement of rotating job plan, work instruction, procedure, and training pack. Deliver necessary competency training to the technicians.
Provide on-call maintenance support as required including troubleshooting. Lead and conduct investigation Root Cause Analysis when required.
Sourcing appropriate spare parts or services to have the most economic spare part available and optimizing maintenance budget cost. Develops budget requirement and monitor expenditure within the approved budget.
Expected Level of Proficiency :
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in mechanical or equivalent from a recognized university.
Minimum 7 years of experience in the petrochemical/chemical industry and demonstrates knowledge and understanding of mechanical rotating engineering principles.
An effective team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English language, being proactive, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
