We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Mechanical Rotating Technician to join us in

Bayu Purnama Sdn Bhd

. The role involves maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of rotating equipment to ensure smooth workshop operations. If you are hardworking, detail-oriented, and eager to grow in the mechanical field, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Perform installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, turbines, gearboxes, blowers, and fans).

2. Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance on rotating machinery.

3. Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out corrective actions effectively.

4. Dismantle, assemble, and align rotating equipment according to OEM and API standards.

5. Ensure all work complies with safety, health, and environmental requirements.

6. Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other team members to achieve operational targets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

2. At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in rotating equipment is an advantage.

3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

4. Basic knowledge of pumps, compressors, turbines, or other rotating equipment.

5. Ability to use hand tools, measuring instruments, and alignment tools.

6. Good communication skills, teamwork, and willingness to learn.

7. Able to travel and work at site locations when required.

8. Able to work overtime (if required).
