Job Description

1.Assist in the development of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules.

2.Carry out PPM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required and provide feedback to develop the system.

3.Plan and prioritize workload to support production and ensure efficient use of working time.

4.Ensure all lost time and minor and trivial accidents are reported.

5.Assist with the moving, installation, and repositioning of machines and equipment.

6.Make full use of the computerized maintenance management system.

7.Log completion of work on all required maintenance management systems.

8.Receive complaint details (Work Order), get confirmation (verification), and return the Work Order to the Help-desk Operator after the repair work has been done.

9.Adhere to the company's policy and procedures.

10.Supervision is either by a supervisor or engineer technician responsible for solving all problems such as complaints, requests, comments, and customer dissatisfaction with the system.

QUALIFICATIONS:

At least Skill Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent. At least 3 years of working experience in the Facility Management field. General Maintenance, Facility, Hand Tools, and Other Skills. Excellent communication skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Able to work productively with minimal supervision, result-oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability, resourceful, and has a high sense of urgency to complete tasks within deadlines. Specialized knowledge and expertise required to perform specific tasks and use specific tools.
