Job Description

Maintenance and repair engineers focus on the optimization of equipment, procedures, machineries and infrastructure. They ensure their maximum availability at minimum costs. - To perform both preventive maintenance and repair/daily maintenance work to all equipment used in production and to minimize down time. - To provide technical support to other staff on the day to day production operation. - To work independently on shift should the engineer not available. - To analyze and report to superior on any faults found in production equipment which may directly or indirectly cause defect to production. - To propose new idea of facilities in order to improve production yield and productivity. - To prepare breakdown report on daily basis if required. - To monitor the production line to meet the schedule given. Involve in company\'s improvement activities. - To perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by superior.
