To perform Machine inspection, Preventive maintenance, Corrective Maintenance and attend to Machine breakdown troubleshoot for ensure all equipment in the Plant are in good condition at all-time ready for production. Plant utilities Daily Check/Operation and Maintenance To maintain and carry out preventive Maintenance task Troubleshooting and reduce machine downtime To perform machine routine service and upgrade

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Inspect, test and repair buildings, tools, non-refrigeration machinery and equipment as requested by maintenance leadership Monitor contractors working on or near refrigeration systems, ensuring they are following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures Utilize onsite motorized lift as needed while operating, inspecting, calibrating, and maintaining equipment Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
Requirements:

Minimum 3-4 years experience in Food manufacturing environment. Certificate / Diploma in related field. Computer literate (Microsoft application) and good understanding of production system. Able to read and write Malay, English. Strong leadership, drive for results, detail oriented and problem-solving skills are essential. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Able to work in rotating shift. Able to work beyond normal working hours when needed.
