Job Description
:
Act as the key contact for any HVAC Mechanical Service-related complaints from end-users or clients. Conduct routine inspections and planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on HVAC systems. Support in handling breakdowns or corrective maintenance when required. Assist the Building Leader in daily operational matters. Supervise service contractors as needed. Collaborate with vendors and clients on HVAC operational issues. Assist other maintenance teams when required. Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or company.
Requirements:
Certificate in Mechanical (specialization in HVAC). 1-3 years of relevant experience in facility or maintenance management in a commercial building, factory, or plant. Able to work independently and respond quickly to operational needs.
