To discuss/consult with immediate superior on regular basis pertaining to daily Operational/Maintenance issues.
To attend complaints on operational matters by tenants tactfully and professionally and take appropriate rectification actions according to procedures herein.
Work hand in hand with other working colleagues to solve maintenance issue.
Perform minor fixes, install appliances and equipment that related to mechanical asset
Carry out installation, maintenance, repair and periodic checking of overall facilities equipment of mechanical systems, including ACMV Systems, Fire Protection Systems and Lift, Pump System, Gondola, Irrigation System etc.
Implement all policies, activities procedures and instructions as relevant and required by the quality management systems.
To acknowledge and report any abnormalities, malfunction, or emergency condition that regards with operation.
Follow strictly the work schedule given by the immediate Superior.
Working days: Monday to Friday
Shifts divide to two period: 8am-5pm / 12pm-8pm
Able to be started immediately.
