Job Responsibilities

Candidate must be possess at least Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduated Diploma, Engineering in Mechanical or equivalent.
Required knowledge in mechanical rotating and static equipment especially in condition monitoring, preventive and predictive maintenance
Ability to inspect, test, repair and install according to standards and procedures on mechanical equipment.
Communicate effectively both oral and writing to technical and non-technical persons.
Able to read and interprets P&ID diagrams, drawings and specifications

Job Requirements

Able to work independently and minimum supervision.
To perform in-house installation, maintain, repair and troubleshooting of all kind rotating equipment as per OEM standards.
Carries out routine maintenance on rotating equipment, carries out visual checks of seals for leaks, disassembles equipment, replaces parts as directed, cleans equipment, replaces packing and gaskets, repairs as appropriate, checks bearings and reassembles.
Carries out routine preventive maintenance of machinery according to schedules, check lists and specific equipment requirements. This includes changing oils, greasing, cleaning strainers and filters and general overhaul of equipment.
Ensure job completed within the given timeline.
Perform daily maintenance, planned & unplanned shutdown, works.
Conducts periodic preventive maintenance inspections
Prepares and maintains a variety of records, makes verbal and written reports of work performed.
Spare parts inventory management
Supporting Production Team and perform other related work as required
Ensure safety at all time and in all place.
