Job Description
- Repairing or replacing faulty equipment with ultra precision and industry best practices
- Examining parts for defects such as breakage and excessive wear
- Constant communication with office if there is any issue or uncertainty
- Lodge service and maintenance reports
- Respond to customers\' enquiries promptly
- Handle customer complaints and provide technical solutions
- Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment.
- Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals.
