To execute routine maintenance activities of the mechanical equipment/machinery as per Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) checklist and procedure. Conduct troubleshooting to ensure the availability and reliability of the equipment.
Works together with the contractors in servicing the mechanical machinery to ensure the job is done in accordance with the requirements and procedures.
To log and update the maintenance services and activities upon completion into the system including used inventory and spare. Report the findings and follow-up actions to immediate superior.
Able to use specific measurement tools to measure all types of clearances in rotating equipment without any help on interpreting the collected data and able to provide the necessary adjustment required.

Expected Level of Proficiency:

Education: SPM/SPVM/DIPLOMA in Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the petrochemical/chemical industry.
Demonstrates basic knowledge and understanding of mechanical static and rotating engineering principles.
An effective team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.
Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English language, being proactive, highly motivated and able to work independently.
Other Requirement: Basic knowledge in Vibration Monitoring Analysis and Alignment of Rotating Equipment and good practical technique in alignment of rotating machinery
