Job Description
: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Trainer to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for training and educating our employees on the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical equipment used in the oil and gas industry. This includes both classroom instruction and hands-on training. Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs for mechanical equipment used in the oil and gas industry
- Conduct classroom instruction, on-the-job training, and hands-on training sessions
- Stay current on industry developments and update training materials accordingly
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
- Provide technical support and guidance to employees
- 8+ years of experience working in the oil and gas industry
- Minimum 3 years of experience as trainer
- Strong understanding of mechanical equipment installation and maintenance related jobs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Relevant certifications in mechanical training is a plus
Part-time hours: 3 per week Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month Application Question(s):
