Why does this job exist and why is it critical?\xe2\x80\x8bTEAM LEAD for overall Maxis and Hotlink Media roadmap \xe2\x80\x93 responsible for creating and implementing effective media strategies that improve the brand visibility, attract the target audience and drive business growth. This includes A&P budget planning and reconciliation for the identified segment. The person is also the main stakeholder in brand media. All of this is to align to key brand KPIs across divisions.TEAM LEAD: Actionable insights for the targeted segments \xe2\x80\x93 deep insights into the communities/ niche segments that will lead to differentiated media strategies and tactics for incremental reach and build better resonance with the new identified segments. Leveraging on insights derived from both customer research and data driven insights internally and externally.TEAM LEAD: negotiate contracts and agreements with these parties, ensuring that the negotiated terms are in the best interest of the organization.SUPPORT : Effectively manage A&P Budget with budget analysis, budget reporting and forecastWhat\xe2\x80\x99s next?
