• Minimum Diploma in Media/Communication/Marketing/Advertising or any related field.
• Proven experience as a Media Assistant or other administrative role is preferred.
• Experience in digital advertising is a plus.
• Fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
• Able to communicate and write in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Proficiency in writing, editing and publishing engaging content for various social networks, including Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and Instagram.
• Multitasking, independent and able to work long hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Update our social media pages with compelling company news.
• Coordinate with teams to create advertising posts.
• Apply advertising techniques to boost brand awareness, like promotions and mission.
• Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and accurate manner.
• Design posts to sustain readers' curiosity and create buzz around new products.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
• Report on online reviews and feedback from followers.
• Oversee social media accounts' layout.
• Handling photoshoot / video recording for most activities, campaigns and during events.
• Produce high quality artwork within agreed deadline using various software applications.
