To be successful in this role, you will need to have: \xe2\x80\xa2 At least 2-3 years managing paid social media advertising clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences. \xe2\x80\xa2 Expertise in conceiving, testing, and optimizing ad copy. \xe2\x80\xa2 Passionate in ideating and in tune with Chinese social media trends and stories. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to be proactive and critical thinking. \xe2\x80\xa2 A passion for growing businesses.
