Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Executive to support the daily operations of our media and advertising team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining documentation, and assisting in reporting and billing processes.
This position is best suited for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel), and is capable of producing well-structured reports and presentation materials.
Key Responsibilities:
oProvide administrative and operational support to the media team
oAssist in organizing and preparing advertising and campaign documentation
oManage billing records, vendor coordination, and payment tracking
oPrepare detailed Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations as required
oEnsure accuracy and consistency in all reporting and documentation
oCoordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather campaign-related information
oMaintain filing systems and ensure timely submission of billings & media reports
Requirements:
oDiploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
oMinimum 1 year of experience in media, advertising, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)
oProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
oStrong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
oExcellent communication and coordination skills
oAbility to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
oFamiliarity with media schedules, campaign reporting, or billing processes is an advantage
