Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in media, advertising, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
• Familiarity with media schedules, campaign reporting, or billing processes is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the media team
• Assist in organizing and preparing advertising and campaign documentation
• Manage billing records, vendor coordination, and payment tracking
• Prepare detailed Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations as required
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting and documentation
• Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather campaign-related information
• Maintain filing systems and ensure timely submission of billings & media reports
