Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in media, advertising, or administrative roles (fresh graduates with strong skills may be considered)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks with minimal supervision
Familiarity with media schedules, campaign reporting, or billing processes is an advantage
Tanggungjawab
Provide administrative and operational support to the media team
Assist in organizing and preparing advertising and campaign documentation
Manage billing records, vendor coordination, and payment tracking
Prepare detailed Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations as required
Ensure accuracy and consistency in all reporting and documentation
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to gather campaign-related information
Maintain filing systems and ensure timely submission of billings & media reports
