  • 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, brand communication, or content creation.
  • Familiarity with social media operations, ad placement, and visual content integration.
  • Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as team leadership experience.
  • Ability to understand data and trends, with strategic thinking and creative abilities.
  • Familiarity with Adobe / Meta / Google / TikTok platforms is preferred.
  • Experience with mind-body-spirit, aesthetics, or cultural brands is a plus.

Reports to: Brand/Marketing Director or CEO
Manages: Oversees four teams - Design, Video, Content, and Matrix (Social Media)
Main Objectives: Media communication strategy, brand visual coordination, content direction, advertising matrix management, annual event planning and execution, and driving brand growth and event performance.
[Key Responsibilities]
I. Overall Strategy and Direction
  • Oversee the media communication direction for the "Tian Xin" brand and its sub-projects (Boutique, Zen Tourism, Education, Public Welfare, etc.).
  • Develop a full-year media plan based on the brand strategy (including content themes, schedule, and channel distribution).
  • Plan and monitor the overall media budget and resource allocation (coordination between Design, Video, Content, and Matrix teams).
  • Maintain consistent brand tone and style, ensuring visual and language consistency across all team outputs.
II. Annual Event Communication Planning (Key Focus)
  • Participate in company annual event planning meetings (e.g., art exhibitions, Zen tourism events, course launches, public welfare projects, etc.).
  • Responsible for event communication themes, naming, visual style, and promotion schedule planning.
  • Develop pre-launch, launch, and after-event communication plans.
  • Coordinate design, video, content, and advertising teams to ensure efficient production of event materials.
  • Oversee on-site media execution during events (photography, videography, live streaming, public relations exposure).
  • Maintain good relationships with external media, public relations, and partner brands to amplify event visibility.
  • Track event communication performance data and create post-event reports.
III. Design Team Management (Visual Art Direction)
  • Oversee various visual assets: Key Visuals (KV), posters, direct mail (DM), website banners, event visuals, product brochures, etc.
  • Establish visual guidelines (fonts, colors, layout, tone).
  • Guide the design team to maintain "high quality + consistency + innovation."
  • Communicate across teams to ensure visual and content information is synchronized.
IV. Video Team Management (Video and Motion Graphics)
  • Oversee all video content (brand stories, course promotions, event recaps, social media short videos, etc.).
  • Plan script direction, shooting style, pace, and editing standards.
  • Ensure videos align with the brand's main themes and event topics.
  • Oversee outsourced filming and production budgets and timelines.
V. Content Team Management (Copywriting and Communication Content)
  • Oversee brand copywriting tone and voice.
  • Plan content calendars, social media posts, advertising copy, and event scripts.
  • Monitor the logic and appeal of content, ensuring IT has "warmth + power."
  • Collaborate with the Design and Video teams to make content more three-dimensional and story-driven.
VI. Matrix Team Management (Social Media Matrix and Advertising Placement)
  • Manage the brand's main accounts and sub-brand accounts (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/Xiaohongshu, etc.).
  • Develop social media operation strategies (frequency, interaction, communication schedule).
  • Plan advertising placement, track data, and ROI.
  • Optimize algorithm exposure and fan growth paths.
  • Monitor competitor brands and market trends, and propose strategy adjustment recommendations.
VII. Data Analysis and Performance Reporting
  • Regularly compile data from the four teams (design click-through rates, video views, post engagement, advertising performance).
  • Integrate the data into a visual report for management's decision-making reference.
  • Continuously optimize content direction and placement strategies based on data.
VIII. Team Leadership and Training
  • Manage all Media team members (performance evaluation, task assignment, growth plans).
  • Establish departmental workflows, approval mechanisms, and collaboration standards.
  • Cultivate cross-team collaboration skills within the team, fostering a culture of "creative unity."
  • Motivate the team to maintain creativity and a passion for learning.
