Job Responsibility Responsible Monitoring / Handling custom clearance on import / export at Pasir Gudang port & Cross-Border Trucking shipment via JHB custom complex, Second Link Custom and PTP Custom. Responsible Handling & Monitoring K1, K2, K3, K8 & K9 declaration and Familiar with related documents for custom form requirement & preparation Ensuring customs declaration to be made in compliance with the regulations. Determine the correct documents to produce. Make sure Forwarding Clerk Prepare and submit the declaration correctly into the right online system (or manual) - platforms to ensure no hindrance or delays for all shipments, well in advance. Providing all the information required by the Customs Authorities: acting as an - interface between the company, our customers, and the customs authorities if Require. Provide acceptable solution on Customs tariffs for goods to meet Customs - requirement as well as to satisfy customer intents, by providing supporting documents and explanation to justify the Customs tariff used. Playing a support role in the implementation of new regulations, operating - procedures and workflow processes related to Forwarding. Responsible for advising client for payment of duties to custom if any. To Monitor daily submission request and to fill details inside the folder. Perform any other assignments as and when directed by superior/s and comply with the company\'s rules and regulations. To perform declarations based on .NET System. Well versed in handling K1, K2, K3, K8, K9 and CIPL documents -Have knowledge in custom clearance processes To perform import permit (Fosim) Job Requirements Tertiary qualifications with minimum at least 3 years or 4 years of working experience in Forwarding Custom Brokerage or Shipping departmentCandidate must be willing to work at Pasir Gudang, Tg Puteri (CIQ), PTP & TG. Kupang Kursus Ejen Kastam (KEK) certificate is an added advantage. Have knowledge in custom clearance processes. Excellent communication skill, spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Able to work under pressure. Adapt with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc. Team Player, Passionate and Motivated Attitude is a must Have experience in MITI application Job Benifits Contribute to the smooth flow of goods and materials, ensuring efficient logistical operations.
