Develop and implement medical strategies that align with company goals and regulations.
Provide expertise and work closely with commercial and cross-functional teams.
Act as the main medical contact for healthcare professionals, answering questions and providing product education.
Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and professional organizations in the region.
Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals.
Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to make informed decisions.
Lead the agenda for generating clinical evidence and support the execution of regional studies.
Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Represent the company at medical conferences and relevant events.
Ensure all activities comply with regulations and guidelines.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Advanced Degree (e.g. BPharm, PharmD., MD, PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline.
At least 5-6 years of working experience in Medical Affairs / Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or related field
Applicant with knowledge of medical technology/ Medical Device and the healthcare landscape is added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
Able to travel as required
