Job Description
Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangors:
- Develop and implement medical strategies that align with company goals and regulations.
- Provide expertise and work closely with commercial and cross-functional teams.
- Act as the main medical contact for healthcare professionals, answering questions and providing product education.
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and professional organizations in the region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Keep up with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to make informed decisions.
- Lead the agenda for generating clinical evidence and support the execution of regional studies.
- Analyze regional market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Represent the company at medical conferences and relevant events.
- Ensure all activities comply with regulations and guidelines.
- Degree/Advanced Degree (e.g. BPharm, PharmD., MD, PhD) in a relevant scientific discipline.
- At least 5-6 years of working experience in Medical Affairs / Medical Science Liaison (MSL) or related field
- Applicant with knowledge of medical technology/ Medical Device and the healthcare landscape is added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Able to travel as required
