Requirements :

Nationality : Malaysian Possesses Diploma in Medical Assistant Registered and valid Annual Practicing Certificate for Medical Assistant Pleasant attitude, good interpersonal and communications skills Able to work 3 rotating shifts (Morning, Afternoon, Night) Able to multi-task and work under pressure
Responsibilities :

1. Document all assessment, interventions and other pertinent information in the patient's health care record in a timely and ongoing manner

2. Demonstrate good communication and collaboration skills when interacting with patients/families, other health care team members and staff of other departments

3. Administer prescribe medications, provide treatments using therapeutic equipment, and observe patients reactions to medication and treatments. Observe progress of patients (IV infusion, wounds, and vital signs) to detect deviations

4. Ensure care of equipment and report and malfunction to the Biomedical Department

5. Provide health education to the patients and families according to their needs

6. Comply with hospital policies, procedures, infection control and safety protocols

7. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested
