  • As information centre and provide timely support/ medical advice/ recommendations to customer regarding product promotions & services.
  • Handle customer service inbound calls enquiries
  • Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when necessary.
  • Promote and liaise with customer for delivery and servicing appointment.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related flied.
  • Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
  • Mature with pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.
  • High level of initiative & able to work independently.
  • Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
  • Able to work on shift (in between retail hours).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Benefits:
  • Maternity leave

  • Monday to Friday
