- As information centre and provide timely support/ medical advice/ recommendations to customer regarding product promotions & services.
- Handle customer service inbound calls enquiries
- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when necessary.
- Promote and liaise with customer for delivery and servicing appointment.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any related flied.
- Previous job experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Mature with pleasant personality, tactful and has good interpersonal skills.
- High level of initiative & able to work independently.
- Possess a positive and can-do attitude.
- Able to work on shift (in between retail hours).
- Maternity leave
- Monday to Friday
