POSITION : NON - EXECUTIVE

Our client primarily manages port operations dealing with container and conventional cargo. It also provides a wide range of port services, including marine services, rental services and other ancillary services.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist and ensures that all patients are registered in the CMS within 10 minutes of their presence in the clinic

Assist doctors with first aid care, dressings, minor surgical, diagnostic procedures, and treatment

Assist doctors in liaising with the Panel Hospitals on patient\'s follow-up appointments, medical bills, and medical conditions

To provide basic medical treatment to employees in the absence of our in-house doctors, especially during the 4 pm -12 am shift.

Assist the Medical Team with Pre-employment medical checkups, Medical surveillance, and upgrading exercises.

Conduct medical emergency and First Aid training once in two months in achieving a 1:50 ratio of first responders in accordance with DOSH requirements.

Ensure adequate medical supplies by stock checking, raising PRs, and purchasing medications in accordance with Company\'s SOP.

Assist in verifying invoices from panel hospitals by going through itemize billing and supporting guarantee letters.

Verifying panel clinics invoices and querying any discrepancies with the panel doctors/billing clerks

In charge of medical schedule waste and their incineration by Kualiti Alam according to DOSH requirements and maintaining proper records.

Ensure staff welfare by visiting critically ill staff/dependents in the hospital and providing medical counseling.

Assist in all administrative functions of the clinic e.g., filing, group dependents hospitalization scheme, antenatal claims, and dental claims records.

Assist in the monitoring, managing, and counseling of employees with chronic medical conditions

Assist with Safety, Health, and Environment issues

Ensuring adherence to regulations of Primary Health care services as per MOH requirements

Ensure weekly checking of the ambulance and its equipment and maintain proper records of usage.

Requirements:

Diploma / Certificate In Medical Assistant

Certified First Responder / Basic Life Support

Must Be Computer Literate

At Least 5 Years Working Experience Especially In An Accident And Emergency Department

Certified Trainer (Optional)

Impromptu Decisions For Treatment, Referrals And Admissions
