Job Description

Description : - To execute all nursing initiatives and practices established as part of patient care and service standard. - To assist the doctor in daily consultations and assist/perform basic clinical procedures. - Attend to patients needs, queries, registration, dispensing medication, billing, managing records/data and patient education. - Managing calls and appointments. - Follow-up and monitor patient\xe2\x80\x99s condition, ie feedback and improvements. - All other healthcare management and administrative matters - Stock count and medication orders/billing - Handle patients (Males patients) with professional care, build rapport with patients, maintain good public relation with patients, family and staffs. - Untuk melaksanakan semua inisiatif dan amalan kejururawatan yang ditubuhkan sebagai sebahagian daripada penjagaan pesakit dan standard perkhidmatan. - Untuk membantu doktor dalam perundingan harian dan membantu/melakukan prosedur klinikal asas. - Menjawab keperluan pesakit, pertanyaan, pendaftaran, mendispens ubat, bil, menguruskan rekod/data dan pendidikan pesakit - Menguruskan panggilan dan temu janji - Susulan dan pantau keadaan pesakit, iaitu maklum balas dan penambahbaikan - Semua hal pengurusan dan pentadbiran penjagaan kesihatan yang lain - Kiraan stok dan pesanan/bil ubat - Mengendalikan pesakit (pesakit lelaki) dengan penjagaan profesional, membina hubungan dengan pesakit, mengekalkan perhubungan awam yang baik dengan pesakit, keluarga dan kakitangan.
