MEDICAL ASSISTANT /NURSE

Clinic located at Seksyen U17, Shah Alam are urgently looking for candidates who are looking for new opportunity of Medical Assistant /Nurse which to be located in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Job description

Assisting in Medical Procedure Greet and prepare patients for examination or treatment. Perform basic medical procedures (eg: ECG, wound dressing, blood taking etc). Monitor and manage medical stock and clinic supplies. Handle basic complaints and escalate when needed. Record patient vital signs and medical history. Assist doctors with procedures, examinations, and minor surgeries. Perform and assist in sample collection (e.g. blood, urine). Administer medications and injections under doctor's supervision. Clinic Housekeeping ( eg. Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of medical equipment) Update and document medical care such as giving appointments and follow up on patients to be updated. To perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time such as provide instructions and explanations to patients post-consultation and answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries politely.

Requirement

Diploma in Medical Assistant, Nursing, or equivalent (recognized by relevant national body). Fresh Graduate or Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) Basic Life Support (BLS) or First Aid certification is an advantage. Ability to work independently and handle emergencies calmly. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with workers from diverse backgrounds. Positive attitude, responsible, discipline, team player and willing to learn new skills.

CLINIC ASSISTANT

Clinic located at Seksyen U17, Shah Alam are urgently looking for candidates who are looking for new opportunity of Clinic Assistant which to be located in Shah Alam, Selangor.

Job scope:

Responsible to help doctors with providing medical services to patients. Always make sure the environment of clinic is clean and responsible in doing sanitation work in the clinic. Manage patient registration using EMR system and complete all documents according to the procedure completely. Dispense Medication. Provide instructions and explanations to patients post-consultation. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries politely. Responsible to complete the assigned work within the time period. Responsible for making claims for the panels at the clinic. Responsible for updating blood results to patients. Must cooperate with others staff in all work matters at the clinic. Handle the purchase or service process with customers and suppliers systematically. Planning stock purchases, stock production and store management. Willing to do additional work given from time to time.
Requirement:

Candidates must have at least an SPM. Have experience in clinic operation and healthcare is a bonus. No experience in healthcare industry are welcome to apply. Proficient in using MS Excel and Word. Able to handle several tasks in a short period of time. Able to communicate well with customers/ patients. Advantage is given to candidates who can work in Shah Alam, Selangor.
