We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused

Medical Consultant

to provide professional health advice, support product recommendations, and guide customers toward suitable wellness solutions. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills and a passion for educating others about health, nutrition, and preventive care.

Key Responsibilities

Provide professional health consultations to customers based on their needs and goals and deliver high quality health and wellness client care. Recommend suitable wellness and nutritional products offered by OXYZ and prescribe medications and therapies according to established protocols and patient needs. Examine, diagnose, and treat patients for a wide range of medical conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., blood tests, imaging studies) Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary. Perform diagnostics and wellness treatments to clients and make sure clients understand the procedures and benefits. Conduct basic health assessments (e.g., lifestyle review, wellness goals). Educate customers on product usage, benefits, and proper guidance. Maintain accurate consultation records and follow up with clients when needed. Support sales and customer service teams with medical-related product knowledge. Stay updated on wellness trends, product information, and general health guidelines. Participate in training, company wellness events, and product workshops. Work collaboratively with staff nurses, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated patient care and to develop healthcare plans that promote continuity for clients. Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient records and ensure all the clients folder are arranged according to the back end management system Ensure compliance with hospital, clinic, and legal documentation standards. Adhere to all relevant medical regulations, ethical standards, and safety protocols.

Requirements:

Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction. Completion of residency training in a recognized medical specialty (if applicable). Board certification preferred (depending on specialty). Degree in Nursing, Nutrition, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or related field or equivalent degree from an accredited institution. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about health, wellness, and customer education. Ability to explain medical or wellness information in a simple and friendly way. Experience in health, beauty, or wellness consulting is an added advantage.

License/Certification:

APC certificate (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
