Position: Medical Consultant (Tagalog Speaker)
Objective: Medical agent role to conduct daily cases handling.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Execute DPOC processes - intake, log, classify and route cases received from all channels in accordance with SOPs / Job Aids in the agreed timeline.
- Collect information (Product, Reporter, Event, Patient: PREP, as applicable) as complete as possible.
- Prepare daily reconciliation and informed handling units (PV, GSG, CHU etc.).
- Participate in regulatory inspections / internal audits as requested.
- Assist Project Manager to prepare project report.
- Attend meeting and assist Project Manager if necessary.
- Perform backup duty if needed.
- Minimum Technical Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Pharmacy, Medical, or Nursing.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
- Excellent communication skills (speaking, reading, writing in Tagalog & English)
- Good customer service skill, ability to understand customers, patients, as well as other external stakeholders\' views and needs.
- Familiar with excel / word / PPT / office software, adapt to all kinds of English operation system interface.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to innovate with practical solutions for complex issues.
- Knowledge of the local Ethical Code / Industry code or Regulatory requirements.
