Job description : - To deliver the required sales growth based on the target assigned for the given territory. - Responsible for detailing and selling pharmaceuticals products to doctors and pharmacists in Private Sector. - Promote and reinforce Torrent Pharma and its products as a brand identity to Healthcare Professionals in accordance to the most updated and accurate scientific information. - Actively seek out new sales opportunities through appointments, cold calling and networking. - Build networks and spheres of influence to grow prospect lists in the private hospitals, GPs and pharmacies. - Generate new prescribers in the assigned territory where the incumbent needs to work on listing in Torrent Pharma products into the clinics and private hospitals. - Prepare and deliver product presentations (Continuous Medical Education) in private hospitals and retail pharmacies to create awareness of Torrent Pharma being the leading generic pharmaceutical company and its reliable products in various fields. Conduct RTMs (Round Table Meetings) for GPs and specialists in the same manner. - Prepare and report on CME / RTMs feedback, field-work progress, and marketing activities. - Listen and draw out the concerns/problems/doubts of doctors or pharmacists to identify possible solutions together with your manager and product manager. - Conduct market research from time to time to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Participate in scientific events, workshops and conferences on behalf of the company. Requirement: - Dynamic and versatile to work in a competitive environment to deliver internal and external customer\'s expectations. - Able to work as a team player with customer-oriented mindset and possesses a pleasant personality trait. - Performance driven and proactive in identifying solutions and suggestions on matters pertaining to the assigned territory. - Being equipped and always be prepared to negotiate, handle complaints and objections. - Minimum Diploma Level (Preferably Science Background). Degree level will be an added advantage. - Minimum 2 years experienced in Pharmaceuticals Industry. - Preferably worked in Prescription products from an innovator or branded generic pharmaceutical company. - Candidates with experience in CVS and CNS products are encouraged to apply. - Candidates are required to work in the Private Sector in either GPs, retail pharmacy or hospitals segment.
